    • Rates may vary with the number of guests and the length of stay. The Gordon House is comfortable for 4-6 adults but can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional sleeping for a possible ninth person is available in the sunroom off the master bedroom. The rates below are in US Dollars and include cook/maid service. Call for discounts and discounted weeks:

    *Add $100. per day to the above rates for Christmas/New Years and February/Mid Winter Recess. For Thanksgiving add $50. per day. There will be a 10 day minimum for rentals during those specific time periods but for extended periods or other situations, please call for a quote.
